SALT LAKE CITY (ABC 4 Utah) – With school wrapping up for many Utah kids, they’ll have more time to hang out. One non-profit wants kids to stay away alcohol and other drugs. Studies show that underage drinking can start as early as elementary school. Many parents often have no idea.
