Gov. Gary Herbert was in Murray on Thursday to help launch a city wide initiative urging parents to set clear rules against underage drinking.

The media event — which acknowledged April as National Alcohol Awareness month — was also attended by Murray Mayor Ted Eyre, who noted that alcohol can have “life-long implications” for developing teens.
